Syarat dan terma penggunaan KeMON V1

dengan menggunakan platform KeMON V1 yang disediakan oleh myproduk.com, pengguna bersetuju untuk terikat dengan syarat dan terma berikut:

• Produk jualan
  Pengguna hanya dibenarkan menjual produk atau perkhidmatan yang sah di sisi undang-undang malaysia serta mematuhi hukum syarak. Sebarang produk yang melanggar peraturan ini adalah dilarang sama sekali.
• Template sistem
  Pengguna tidak dibenarkan mengubah, menukar, atau mengedit sebarang template, struktur, atau reka bentuk asal yang telah disediakan dalam KeMON V1 tanpa kebenaran pihak pengurusan.
• Hak pindaan
  Pihak pengurusan  myproduk.com berhak untuk membuat sebarang pindaan, penambahbaikan, atau perubahan terhadap sistem, ciri, atau terma KeMON V1 pada bila-bila masa tanpa sebarang notis awal
• Pakej percuma
  Pakej KeMON V1 percuma adalah terhad kepada satu (1) kedai sahaja bagi setiap individu atau perniagaan. sekiranya ingin membuka lebih daripada satu kedai, pengguna perlu membuat permohonan kepada pihak pengurusan
• Tanggungjawab peranti
  Pihak  myproduk.com tidak bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang kerosakan, kehilangan data, atau masalah teknikal yang berlaku pada komputer, laptop, telefon bimbit, atau peranti pengguna semasa menggunakan KeMON V1
• Tempoh pengaktifan kedai percuma
  Selepas pendaftaran atau permohonan kedai percuma dibuat, pengguna diwajibkan melengkapkan semua butiran yang diperlukan dalam tempoh empat belas (14) hari. Kegagalan berbuat demikian akan menyebabkan kedai dinyahaktifkan tanpa notis
• Penggunaan imej dan kandungan visual
  Pengguna digalakkan menggunakan imej yang jelas, berkualiti dan sesuai untuk tujuan jualan. Penggunaan gambar atau visual yang mengandungi unsur lucah, seks, judi, atau kandungan tidak bermoral adalah dilarang sama sekali
• Kehilangan user/pass
  Pengguna boleh menghantar ke Whatsapp support untuk dapatkan semula

Terms and conditions of use of KeMON V1

By using the KeMON V1 platform provided by myproduk.com, users agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

• Products for sale
  Users are only allowed to sell products or services that are legal under malaysian law and comply with shariah principles. any products that violate these rules are strictly prohibited.
• System templates
  Users are not allowed to modify, alter, or edit any templates, structures, or original designs provided in KeMON V1 without prior permission from the management.
• Right to amendment
  The management of myproduk.com reserves the right to make any amendments, improvements, or changes to the KeMON V1 system, features, or terms at any time without prior notice.
• Free package
  The free KeMON V1 package is limited to one (1) store only per individual or business. if users wish to open more than one store, they must submit an application to the management for approval.
• Device responsibility
  Myproduk.com shall not be held responsible for any damage, data loss, or technical issues that occur on the user’s computer, laptop, mobile phone, or other devices while using KeMON V1.
• Free store activation period
  After registration or application for a free store is submitted, users are required to complete all required details within fourteen (14) days. failure to do so will result in the store being deactivated without prior notice.
• Use of images and visual content
  Users are encouraged to use clear, high-quality images suitable for sales purposes. the use of images or visuals containing obscene, sexual, gambling-related, or immoral elements is strictly prohibited.
• Lost username/password
  Users may contact whatsapp support to recover their username or password.
